Sorry that it has taken me so long to send this e-mail, but I have been unable to access my e-mails for 4 weeks. I would like to thank you very very much for your first class service and for sticking to your word, as far as delivery. The sigma tile cutter that I have purchased from you is a fantasitc piece of equipment. Having got home after another day 'on the tiles ', I felt that I had to email you to give you a much deserved compliment on how you operate your business.

Having been in the tile trade for nigh 30 years (covering numerous aspects ie: as a shop manager years ago, as a merchandiser for a while and for the last 15 years as a tiler), I have had dealings with so many different companies, large and small, that I can honestly say, without any shadow of doubt that you are the best I have ever dealt with .

I shall explain…

Having searched high and low for a Sigma 3C 75cm ceramic tile cutter via the phone and internet, my hopes of buying one were fading fast as no-one had any Sigmas until January at the earliest . But, I found you on the 'net ' and having been advised to make contact first before ordering (due to the shortage of stock) I rang your office. To my amazement I was informed by a very helpful gentleman ( I did'nt get his name but he deserves a bloody big Xmas bonus!! ) that you had one left . Without delay I placed my order online, paid by Pay Pal and was expecting delivery to be approx 5 days. HOW WRONG WAS I?!!!! Ordered on Monday at about 1pm, I get home today (Wednesday) only to find my dream cutter has been left with my neighbour at 10 30 this morning!!!

I can't thank you enough - you've made my year!!

On that note, may I take this opportunity in wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a very prosperous New Year.

I bought some tile trim cutters from Amoroc Tools the service was fast and the product was first class. The help I had with after sales service was just amazing, never had help from an online purchase before, it was great. Will look there for my tile tools before anywhere else keep it up Amoroc. I used the cutters every day this week they are just great I cut my silicone nozel with them as well as it makes a perfect angle for an even seal.
